Drake has got me really digging into their schedule and here’s what I’m landing on:
- 22 wins, two wins at the MVC tourney and a NIT bid.
Now, you want to get a little nutty and say they’ll play in the MVC title tilt–NCAA At-large would be a distinct probability.
Vikings will get the 6th seed NFC and I think they are dangerous–and it goes beyond Adrian Peterson.
The defense against the run is prolific and they can defend the pass. Look, Dallas is beatable–we know that—and Green Bay is capable of a clunker. Look, you want to eat chalk have at it. There is an upset brewing and the Vikes could be the ones.
Someone please email us Gumbel’s latest NFL Network gaffe.
This guy is great on HBO, but should be barred from the play-by-play booth.
Like Kyle Orton to keep the Bears in the game tonight. OK, I’m a homer.
Give Bob Ryan credit. He loved the Jets to cover before the weather went wacky in NE. Now, how do you call the Pats/Dolphins game Sunday? I think the Pats will roll by 4 or more TD’s.
Congrats to our buddy Connor Crawford who has been accepted at Yale for the fall off 08′. Crawford’s doing a little stat work for us at Iowa Energy home games when time allows.
WHO-TV 13 did a great localizing the “Mitchell Report”.
