Might want to get tickets for Saturday’s home ISU hoops game (Jacksonville State) as the new football coach will be on hand a highly-placed source has told us.

This could follow a Friday afternoon news conference to introduce the new coach.

If Gill was indeed interviewed this morning and the new coach would be on hand Saturday, it would lead one to believe Gill might indeed be the man. Who knows at this stage!

Did you get this from your dentist? Did you and the rest of the media not learn from last year? Brian Kelly, Jay Norvell, and Tim Brewster were all sure things as well. You might be right, or you might be stirring the pot – based on your past predictions and prognostications, I’ll go with the latter.

Used to kind of enjoy Bama Bob, but his schtick is getting predictable and old. His SEC homerism knows no bounds and I about choked when he was asked on your radio show something to the affect of who was a great X's and O's coach, (and of course, he went to the SEC well) and answered Steve Spurrier. This guy can't hold a candle to half the coaches in the country, but got by with talent at Florida! He is so predictable…..the SEC has the best talent, coaches, blah, blah, everyone else is medicore. My favorite one that he constantly regurgitates is that an SEC team...
